PROFESSIONAL FEES STRUCTURE.
( We are providing this information as per SRA’s transparency rules).
Mr. V K Kusuma is a Solicitor with more than 9 years of PQE in the UK and India with sound knowledge of UK and Indian Immigration Laws.
We Mainly work on Fixed Fee Basis ( Charging Basis) unless specifically agreed.
No VAT is applicable on the Fees.
GENERAL

INITIAL ADVICE IN CONFERENCE/TELEPHONE – HALF AN HOUR £100.00
ADVICE IN CONFERENCE/PHONE-ONE HOUR OR MORE ( MAX TWO HOURS ONLY ) £150.00

APPLICATION CHECKING SERVICE ( NEW METHOD – SOPRA SERGIA )- £500.00
SETTLEMENT BASED ON LONG RESIDENCE, SET(M) , SET(O) (Except Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Tier 2 )or Hourly charge @ £250 whichever is higher £1200.00
SETTLEMENT/EXTENSION OF LTR BASED ON TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR, GE,INVESTOR, INNOVATOR ( EVEN WITH STARTUP) £1500.00
EC/SWITCHING TO STARTUP, INNOVATOR, GLOBAL TALENT VISA, NEW PBS APPLICATIONS UNDER PBS SCHEME ( INCLUDING SKILLED WORKER,ICT, MINISTER OF RELIGION SPONSORSHIP VISA) , EXTENSION OF LTR , PBS DEPENDENT APPLICATIONS , MN1, AN1 , NATIONALITY , SKILLED WORKER , HR CLAIMS, ETC – £900.00

EEA APPLICATIONS, ENTRY CLEARANCE APPLICATIONS , APPEALS BEFORE FTT, UT, JUDICIAL REVIEWS , COURT OF APPEALS @ Hourly Rate of £250.00 or £1200.00 Fixed Fee whichever is higher.
POST STUDY WORK/GRADUATE ROUTE APPLICATIONS (Proposed by Home Office from Summer 2021) – Initial Consultation and Full Representation – £600.00
SPONSOR LICENCE APPLICATIONS £2000.00 ( SMALL SCALE FIRMS).
SPONSOR LICENCE APPLICATIONS £5000.00 ( BULK LICENCE).
SPONSOR LICENCE APPLICATIONS £3000.00 ( SCALE – UP LICENCE).
SKILLED WORKER APPLICATIONS – £1200.00.
OTHER MATTERS - AS AGREED/HOURLY RATE MENTIONED ABOVE.
OATH COMMISSION
ATTESTATION OF DOCUMENTS EXCEPT GPA ( Per Document ) £20.00
DRAFTING AND ATTESTING A GPA £150.00
Full representation £500.00 Fixed Fee ( Time to be spent upto 3 Hours ) or
@ 250 Per Hour ( if more time spent by your consultant/Fee earner ).
NOTE TO ALL CLIENTS :
Our firm is not VAT Registered.
Each email communication , telephone ( incoming or outgoing call ) @£20 per email/call.
All the above Fees are excluding Court fee, Barrister fees, Home Office Fee, stamp duty ( These Fees Varies from client to client and will be told to client at the time of instruction ).
All Disbursements including postal charges, scanning services fees etc are not charged.
We are herewith providing an average costs as we can’t exactly provide a total cost.
We reasonably expect from all the clients to provide Genuine information/documents without deception.
We do not handle matters based on conditional or damages-based fees.
The typical timescales of all the services provided is mostly within 6 months (except complex appeals/applications which may go up to 2 years, if the matter is headed to High Court/Court of Appeal /Supreme Court, wherein the key stages include initial lodging of an appeal/claim/application and subsequent follow-up until we complete the instructions as agreed).
